Push Back Pallet Racking

This last in, first out (LIFO) pallet racking system is ideal for bulk and cold storage, and is well suited to small but deep spaces which require a low maintenance solution for fast picking.
Push back pallet racking allows pallets to be stored up to four deep per lane, with all lanes accessible from the aisle at any time, regardless of storage level. Pallets are ‘pushed back’ into the lane on wheeled carriers, sometimes known as trolleys. When a pallet is removed, the remaining pallets roll to the front of the rack, ready for removal.
This system provides up to 25% more storage space over a conventional system while also expediting retrieval. Individual loads can be identified with track mounted flags on the access face, making it perfect for load marshalling and bulk storage. The innovative, low-friction rails also operate well at cold temperatures, making it a popular choice for cold storage.
